There are few stand alone restaurants in Luganville, Santo and they serve good quality local and western fare. The local seafood and oysters are reputed to be excellent. Most Resorts have their own good quality restaurants and bars, however it is a good idea to advise of any dietary requirements before you arrive and perhaps bring your own basic supplies (e.g. gluten free).
